About Me

My name's Samantha Fessal and I'm a therapeutic counsellor with substantial experience working with a number of complex issues.

I trained as a Psychodynamic practitioner but have also done some training in other modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) so now work integratively which means I can tailor the work to your individual needs depending on the issues involved.

I have been counselling since 2009 with individuals – adults and teenagers who are experiencing difficulties either through short term focused therapy and long term open-ended counselling. Some of the issues I have worked with are:
